After eight years, The Cat is coming back. Not that Cat, but another one that is starting a new life sailing between Yarmouth and Portland. The agreement is long-term, with the government saying it is a 10-year arrangement. This is the vessel that will sail between Yarmouth and Portland. It will be rebranded The Cat.
