The ABEquestrian Team has been busy the last few weeks with decorating the farm for Christmas (thanks to Cam and his dad Scott for hanging all the lights!! 😍) doing an educational night of how to use essential oils for ourselves and horses, Greenhawk Barn shopping night and having our annual Christmas party at the farm! Looking forward to our private schooling at Thunderbird show park this up coming Sunday! Love having such a supportive barn family that loves getting out and about doing fun things on and off of our horses! 😘😘

The amount of gratitude I have for all of my ABE barn family today is unreal. With me being so sick I made a steep list of everything I wanted to attempt to get done before winter thinking if we got half of it done today we would be doing good and with everyone who chipped in today we finished the WHOLE list!!!!! I know a lot of people couldn't make it today but I'm still so greatful for each and everyone of you to making #abequestrian so special! Thanks to my fancy ride on time app I already have all 8 of my riders ride times for this weekend Island 22 Horse trials all organized!!! Come cheer on the girls and their ponies if you are able to! Looking forward to spending the weekend with Macartney/Denali, Mercedes/Morocco, Juliana/Kelly, Shawn/Emma, Bridget/Lucy, Lauren/Teewah, Camryn/Chaos and Leslie/Lilly!

Today was weaning day for The Big Kahuna aka Chief! Our plan went perfectly with no stress to chief or Nikki!Chief LOVES his new buddy and roommate Aniso who is a yearling Friesian Colt! Nikki is also handling it like a champ but I had the feeling she has been looking forward to having the break! All and all I think the experience was harder on us then it was on them and I'm so thrilled to have my Nikki back home!!

On top of being out at Campbell Valley HT this past weekend where all of our riders completed successfully going m double clear finishing on their dressage scores (Yay Thea, Elisabeth and Camryn!) ! The ABE girls were also able to sneak out at the crack of dawn sunday morning (5:45 AM... If that's not dedication I'm not sure what is!!) out to Chilliwacks Island 22 for one last XC school! It was a great day to learn, gallop the trails and water, jump some great questions, embrace being brave and getting out of comfort zones! It was a super experience as all the horses and riders left on ultimate highs that will carry over to the Horse trials at Island 22 at the end of the month! Way to go Dawn/Carl, Leslie/Lilly (sorry I didn't get any video :(), Macartney/Denali and Bridget/Lucy.. And for first half the lesson Lucifer! 😜 Team work makes the dream work and our hard working barn really is my dream come true! ❤️🌟

Thrilled with the results of my ABE girls Dawn, Macartney, Lauren, Olivia and Brooke's performance and how supportive our barn family was to both horse and riders at the MREC Dog Days horse show! It was a hot one but with the team work of our support crew all of our riders, horses and coach (THANK YOU!) stayed hydrated and cool to be able to perform at their best and every single rider walked away surpassing their goals for the weekend! Way to go team!!! Xo

Kim, Macartney, Amy and I had a blast taking Mickey, Teewah, Tia and Denali out for hack to the dyke tonight!

Another great day at Southlands Riding Club Hunter/Jumper Show for Team ABEquestrian! Super proud of Lauren Pedersen and her pony Teewah who won the Scoot to the finish class and is now the owner of Gio the scooter!! Way to go team!!! Xoxo
