A Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends from everyone at the Strand. We got to cook and serve for our team for a change - and are thankful for our wonderful Strand family!

We're excited in anticipation of the launch of our new fall menus on Tuesday next week. It's going to have a lot more variety and will feature three new vegetarian dishes as well as two new fish dishes, a separate grill section and some amazing new mains. We've been busy in tastings earlier today, my favourite part by far! Details will be published on Monday. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Was a wonderful Event at our beautiful Strand .....

We've got a brilliant fashion show coming up on Thursday 28th Sept featuring the Great British brand Barbour. I bought my first Barbour coat over 30 years ago when it was made fashionable by the ultimate Slone Ranger Diana Spencer and it's been getting better ever since. What on earth is a Slone Ranger you may ask? I'll be happy to explain it on the night (it's Michel here). Tickets are available directly from Sassenach in Stayner, $30 which includes a donation to the Georgian Humane Society. Better hurry, I believe 50 are sold already!
