Happy First Day of Spring and on a Trivia Tuesday no less. If you have been out in nature in the last couple weeks, you have probably heard that unmistakable song of the Black-capped Chickadee. 'Hey, Sweetie' or 'Fee-bee' and the classic 'Chickadee-dee' or 'Chickadee-dee-dee-dee'. So today's trivia is going to the birds: Can you speak Chickadee? What do you think these different calls mean? There are four to translate so good luck. Photo Credit to: Conrad Kuiper
There are 400 to 500 tundra swans in the very south west corner of the Whistler Pool. We are certain that they will be there tomorrow. A hike from Sanctuary Line will get you to the Swans or a longer route would be accessing this area from Bridge Road. The weather is great this weekend so get out and enjoy! #tundraswan #hullettmarsh

It's a little late but it is still a Tuesday which means Trivia. While out with the March Break volunteers today, I noticed a strange thing in the tree. You may have seen it on your trails at Hullett too. Obviously, there is a reason bent tires are hanging in our trees. Do you know what it is?
