Trek Fitness is a full service fitness facility offering conventional gym equipment along with a variety of classes, Personal Training, Varied Massage Therapy Services and Reiki. The focus is on healthy, active lives Trek Health and Fitness is committed to helping you to achieve your personal health, fitness and wellness goals. We can do this through gym membership, personal training, and group classes. Our Wellness Centre offeres Swedish Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Seated Massage Therapy, and Reiki by appointment. The facility runs on a FOB system allowing members access during unstaffed hours. Staffed hours vary day to day.

BOXING CLUB!! Trek Health and Fitness is teaming up with 2nd Chance Boxing to bring you this awesome Boxing and Conditioning Class. Coached by Vic Dikaitis, this class will focus on: - Physical Conditioning - Fundamentals of Boxing - Focus Mitt Training - Power Punching on the heavy bag - Cardio Conditioning - Hand/Eye Coordination Vic has a 25+ year career of coaching competative and non-competative boxing. He boxed competitively for 8 yrs and has started clubs all over western Canada. Class Dates - March 27 - May 17, 2018 (8 Weeks) Class Times - Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Cost - $380 per person for 8 weeks (16 classes) (Fee Includes - Coaching, Hand Wraps & Boxing Gloves that are yours to keep) Registration closes March 24th to allow time to order gloves and wraps in your size!
