OUR FEBRUARY MEMBER OF THE MONTH IS, LAMIA AKL!! :D 1.How long have you been with F45 Training? Do you remember your first workout? I've been with F45 for about a month and a bit. I remember my first workout being varsity. I was terrified! I remember not being able to finish it because it was so intense and it was my first time working out like that. Ever. 2. What is your motivation? To be a healthier person and feel more confident in myself. I want to be stronger 3. How have you felt since starting at F45 overall (physically, mentally etc.)? Ahhhhhmaaazing! I feel so much stronger than I ever did , and I've gained a lot of self confidence as well. I walk out from every workout feeling like a million bucks. 4. What is your favourite F45 workout style? All of them! I love the feeling of being sore and sweating bullets because that's how I know I did good; I beat all the odds. 5. What is your favourite quote? What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. 6. What do you do when you are not at F45? I just had a baby 3 months ago so, if I'm not at home running around with a toddler and taking care of my baby than I had a gooood day! But I do love going out to the malls, hanging out with my family is always my go to. 7. What do you dream about? To travel the world! 8. Where is your favourite spot in the world to be? Anywhere but here when it's -40 outside. Somewhere with sun! 9. What is your fave thing to do when chillin? I'm a complete geek. I love playing video games and board games with my friends! 10. Who is your role model? Kayla Itsines!! She's absolutely amazing! And my mom because she's battled so much with her health and yet she's still the strongest person I know. 11. What makes you work so hard? Knowing I'm going to be stronger. I went into this thinking to myself I would never be able to do these workouts. Now I look forward to going every day to kill the workouts. I'm doing this for me and that's all that matters.
