Jenna's policy

Jenna's takes cash in store only - Also Jenna's takes paypal and email transfer to hold items or to pay items being shipped. We do not accept check or money order.
Jenna's prices are subject to change due to availability changing and having to use different suppliers.  
I do not deliver as I do not drive.

Canada 10.00 for first item , 3.00 for each additional item up to 4
25.00 Maximum
USA 15.00 for first item, 3.00 for each additional item up to 4
30.00 Maximum

Return Policy
Returns or exchanges can only be made on prepaid items BEFORE they leave the shop. No more returns on items once they are off my premises.

Album Rules

Stuff Coming in album:
1. First paid , first claimed
2. If you pay and it doesnt fit (before leaving my home) you can exchange, refund or take GC for later use
3. Will not hold unpaid items they go on the rack and are first come first serve.

In home albums:
1. First come, first serve.
2. No holds for longer than that given day unless stated otherwise in sale rules.
3. You can ask me to keep an item for later that day and that is all. If you dont pick up that day , it goes back up

Auction albums: (usually on my personal page)
1. Comment your bid below the pic in the comments section.

2. Bidding begins at starting bid posted then goes up by 1.00 Minimum
3. Bidding ends at time selected
4. Auctions MUST be picked by the deadline mentioned on each picture
5. Auctions are as is, no substitions

Preorder albums
1. If stated pay before order I will ONLY order what is paid for unless I order random extras.
2. If unpaid preorder you can request an item and I will order if you do not pay by deadline, I will not order for you again.
3. Pick up by deadline

   I started Jenna's because I have a knack for finding deals and a love to
share with others. People started asking me to find them things and it just
kind of grew from there. Everything I buy is purchased from my OWN pocket and sold to recoup those costs and make a couple dollars if I can to supplement for my family.
   The main reason I began Jenna's is not quite as simple. I am a big girl,
