Just on the out skirts of Carleton Place, this haven for casual sports fans and stat crunchers alike offer much more than typical game-day fare. Every day of the week comes with a daily food and drink special, and while the food isn't breaking any new ground, there are some creative takes on traditional favorites, like the Pan-Seared Chile Lime Tilapia Tacos, "two soft tortillas filled with pan-seared tilapia topped with mango salsa & cilantro sour cream dressing; a light and refreshing starter. The wine and beer lists are both impressive for a sports bar, and there are of course plenty of screens to eyeball. Tap House Grill & Sports Bar is one of the official homes of the Ottawa Red Blacks as well as the UFC, so it's one of your better bets for pre- or post-game refreshments. This sports bar and restaurant is the place to party -- and maybe grab a bite to eat -- during Playoff season or after a long week at the office. No matter when you come, the beer is always flowing, and the menu is filled with a great selection for all of your cravings!
