Along with a state-of-the-art gym, Heritage Fitness includes our Collaborate Care Centre. The Collaborative Care Centre offers medical and therapeutic services, including chiropractic, concussion management, counselling, massage therapy, naturopathy, physiotherapy, physiatry, and personal training. This combination of services allows us to provide an experience that is unique in the area.
We encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to take an active role in their own health and wellness. We have created a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental community-minded environment.
Better health is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. We encourage you to start small, start slowly, but most importantly, start now!
