Now taking registration for childrens dance. Classes start Saturday May 6th. Move & Grove, ages 3 to 6, 11:30. Dance For Fun, 12:15, ages 6 to 14. $69/7 classes.

New Start Fitness is growing! In order to better serve our members, we are moving to a larger facility. Our new address will be 89 Front St. South, only three blocks from our current location. We will be closed during the May long weekend to complete the move.

In March, New Start Fitness received 242 check in's! Well done everyone! We are rounding up and donating 300 dollars to Campbellford Community Care on your behalf.
