Solstice Studio of Performing Arts strives to lead a stimulating environment, focused on providing students of all ages with a unique, healthy and challenging atmosphere on stage and in the class room environment. We are devoted to flourishing each student’s potential with a first-rate dedicated studio experience and education, while encouraging creativity, personal, artistic growth, friendship development and FUN.
By participating in our programs, we believe we are the stepping stone to our students for them to grow with confidence in helping to increase in their overall, physical and mental well-being to be able to reach all their future goals in life leading with confidence and excitement.

Presenting Mrs Samm! Our Lyrical dance teacher at Solstice. Even when she's out for a casual walk, she still needs to leap-jump and twirl! The passion of dance is so deep in her heart. ❤
Up dated: Parents and performers PLEASE READ -Festival Dates ( For Comp groups only ) - Our Play in MAY 2018 " Meraki" dates - Spring Break Date - Picture Day ! Date - Last week of classes Date - Canada day Parade rehearsal date. NOTES: We are always updating our " notes" on our facebook page. If you cannot see our note section from your phone, please use your computer. Some phones do not show our " Notes" tab. We will be updating the listed events below Soon. - Times for in studio rehearsals for in April and May. -Dates and times for PEAK performance comp. -Time slots for show make up to be professionally done the morning of May 26th to SELECTED solstice performers. ( not all performers will be having their makeup professionally done) -Rehearsal time at Tide mark and show times. -As well as picture day time slots. All information will be updated on THIS note, so please check in often. And keep an eye out for notices that will be sent home in regards to comp and the up coming play in May . Thank you very much !

Join Jenny every week for Flexibility Training. Thursdays : 6:30- 7:30 Ages 10 to ADULT. Adults and youth come together ! Drop in for $15 or register for $50 per month. Mats provided Blocks provided Massage rollers provided Good vibes and amazing training provided ! Bring water. Socks and a friend:) See you soon!
