We start work at 6 am and finish at 11 pm in order to get things done right and on time. We have access to over 12 different lenders, and we are not loyal to any of them, we are only loyal to you, our client.

His current bank did not want to offer him a refinancing and we were able to secure one for him. Client still owed $200,000 on existing mortgage. We were able to refinance for $277,000. Client now has an extra $77,000 in cash to work out his restaurant issues. -Client been living in the same home for 15 years -Interest: 2.69% on a 5 years term -New loan: $277,000 -Monthly payment: $1,120 /month -$500 cash back to cover notary charges I was able to secure the refinance the home because client had an excellent credit score and good equity built in his home already.
