Brooks Acrobatics is Competitive and Recreational Acrobatic Dance Performing Studio. My name is Cassandra Socchia and as the owner/instructor of Brooks Acrobatics, welcome!


Brooks Acrobatics also known as “Acro Fitness” has been in operation since 2013. I started the business after coaching Women's Artistic Gymnastics for 8 years. I began my journey at age 16 in the Brooks Gymnastic Club. Later I moved to Calgary and worked at the Calgary Gymnastics Center in all programs. I even got to dabble with the Olympic/National athletes. Ultimately family is number one for me, I moved home, feel for a man and started my own business. I wanted to venture out on my own, try something different and put the focus on my favorite parts of my gymnastics training.

Then was born Acro Fitness, adult fitness. I had much success with introducing a different kind of exercise to local adults. But everything happens for a reason, I soon was being sot out to assist dancers, cheerleaders, trick riders, swimmers and other children in different sports that require acrobatic skills as apart of their sport. The interest was so great, that I have created my own sport. Check out all the different class that I offer!
