I completely agree with Peter on this. With a 0.3% decline per week in US production - which is just the start of that steady decline - you are going to see supply side fall apart. Wait until a year after the real slowdown, or 18 months (real slow down came after fraclog in the US was more or less completed in the summer of 2015).
