Way to go Blackfalds! In the first week, over 20% of residents have completed the Census online! Residents have until May 15th to complete online to be automatically entered for the draw, where one household will win an Annual Abbey Centre Family Pass or a tablet (an approximate $1200 value). Complete it online at censusalberta.ca/blackfalds. --- Each Blackfalds household has now received a PIN with instructions on how to reply to the census online. Should you choose to reply online using your PIN be sure to do so early in the census period to ensure your information is received. Those who respond online by May 15 will not be visited by a census taker. This year’s census will take only a few minutes to respond regardless of whether you reply online or at your door with a census taker. Complete online and your home will be automatically entered to win an Annual Abbey Centre Family Pass or a tablet! If you have not received a PIN, please contact the Census Office at 403.885.6248.

Blackfalds Census 2017

Yard waste pickup has begun! Between the months of May and October, weekly collection of yard waste takes place on your designated solid waste & recycling collection day. Yard waste must be outside by 7am on your regular pickup day and must be labeled with a yard waste label that is visible to the driver (available for free at the Town Office).
