Welcome to The Town of Beaverlodge. This page is designed to keep our community up to date with the latest happenings around town. Beaverlodge is a thriving, growing community located just 40 km northwest of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Its own recreation amenities include a new indoor pool complex and fitness centre, as well as ice arena, curling rink, and agricultural barns. There’s easy access to outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, camping and snowmobiling. A hospital and lab facilities, medical and dental clinic, public elementary and high schools, as well as a K - 9 separate school.

Home - The Grande Spirit Foundation
Our Lakeview opening is fast approaching! The 150-unit facility located in Clairmont is scheduled to open in May and we expect to start moving residents in June. We will be offering units to potential residents in the next few weeks. The lodge rooms at Lakeview will provide supportive living with 24 hour staffing, and access to nursing, personal care, and medication assistance through AHS Home Care. All meals and snacks are provided as well as weekly housekeeping. The one and two bedroom independent apartment suites will include a daily meal served at noon. All residents will enjoy the grand amenity space with ample natural light and outstanding views! We have designed those common area spaces to promote recreational opportunities for residents and to encourage participation, inclusion, socializing and community. We are proud to offer a variety of amenities such as a fitness room, hair salon, library, a game and craft room and a large multi purpose room with an adjoining Family Kitchen. There’s even a dance floor! With free resident laundry on each floor, five elevators, and top notch security, our residents will be able to relax and enjoy the comforts of their new home. Lower income residents of lodge units and one-bedroom apartment units may be eligible for a rental reduction. We are still accepting applications for Lakeview, so if you or a loved one needs a caring, supportive, affordable home, we encourage you to apply at www.grandespirit.org or in person at 9505 102 Avenue in Grande Prairie.
