It involves sound/body awareness, music, dance and spontaneous expression. It incorporates many exercises that bring us a bit out of our comfort zone and help us express who we really are. Whether you are a teacher that wants to have a solid presence in your class, a musician that wants to pass the threshold of shyness or you just want to benefit from having more confidence with yourself in day to day life, “Authentic Voice” can really help you recognize your confidence and dare to put your nice little unique self-spice (that you have always been) into the delicious mix. Objective: It’s a way of shedding the old heavy conditioned self we have created and believed over the years. With the help of movement and sound, we see courage and trust in our expression of self arise. Finally, it’s having fun and letting go. Magic happens in the group while sharing vulnerability, ridiculousness and laughter together. ❤️❤️❤️
