So blessed and excited to have been part of this Wellness in the Woods Retreat Day - The Energy was so amazing ! Such a wonderful group of ladies - We facilitated 11 Mini Raindrop Massage sessions, Reiki Sessions, Ion Foot Cleanses, Angel Card Readings as well as provided all of the Fresh Juice and Raw Vegan Nourishment for the day ! We also had an amazing Felting Workshop with Dorinna ... The Drumming & Meditations were powerful. Thanks to Deborah Spaar-Mueller from Sunray Holistic for hosting in her beautiful home in the woods!! Looking forward to more of these Retreats !! And thanks to Karen Stampe Jones, Anna & Dorinna for their help and participation in making the day wonderful !
