We have a badass girl gang team of talented, diverse artists on board ready to bring your creative vision to reality. Big or small, we believe each and every tattoo is important, just like our clients! We strive to provide excellent customer service in a very welcoming, clean and relaxing environment. Many key features set us apart from most tattoo shops - We use mostly cruelty free and vegan products, we have a very comfortable & inviting sitting area, a free-help-yourself coffee & tea station, excellent customer service, bright open concept tattoo space, wheel chair accessibility, parking and much more!
We love to take part in various charity fundraisers to help give back to the community as well in any way that we can (Feel free to contact us regarding any fundraiser / sponsorship programs)

Everyone give a warm welcome to our new artist Kristy, who will be joining us in May! She has been in the industry for 6 years, started in the Maritimes and have since worked in various locations learning all she can. Kristy has a very feminine style that includes dainty lines work, script, floral and mandalas. And has developed a love for colour pieces but still enjoys doing black & grey. She is very gentle and will work with you to customize the perfect design for you. If you'd like to book with her please pop by the shop, call or send a message. Spots are booking up fast for May! To answer a few questions about the Mystery Egg event: 1. You must come into the shop and pay $80.00 BEFORE you select your egg. (Pink eggs are both $50 apprentice rate.) We can't hold designs or book appointments until egg/design is selected. 2. You then have a choice of 1 of 2 designs. 3. What you choose is what you get! If you are unhappy with your choice then you can pay another $10 per egg selection. 4. The amount paid is non-refundable. You are not guaranteed to get the design you want - it's all a mystery! 5. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. 6. No hands, faces or necks. 7. Designs are AS-IS. No changes will be made 8. Some designs are coloured, some are not. You can pick out some colours at artists discretion. 9. Event runs until either all designs are gone or until April is over. 10. If time is available, design can be done day of - if not, we can book you in and tattoo is already pre-paid :) Most of all, have fun! Happy easter everyone!

Today, we ladies at Ruby remember our beloved Stapler "Frank" who we sadly lost earlier today. There was nothing Frank couldn't staple and we couldn't be more sad about it... no other stapler will ever replace Frank. Rest in peace little buddy Today we threw a funeral for our stapler, how did everyone else's day go?
