My name is Sheryl Dyck, Armstrong’s #1 Boot Camp Specialist. I’m a certified fitness trainer and boot camp instructor, and I am passionate about helping the residents of Armstrong and surrounding communities achieve their fitness and fat loss goals. In fact if you’re looking for an Armstrong fitness boot camp this is the place for you. All my life I have been very athletic, playing as many sports as I could, in and out of school. Once graduated high school I discovered resistance training and started working out at a local gym on a regular basis, which consisted of weight training 2 hours a day. That soon took a toll on me for time and energy, and became very redundant. I started looking for something that could offer me everything at one time, in as short a time as possible. Then I was introduced to resistance training and high intensity cardio ( HIIT). The combination of these two changed the way I thought about fitness. It helped me get the results I was looking for in a short period of time, leaving me feeling energized and passionate about exercise again. I became a personal trainer and boot camp instructor in 2009, wanting to share my experiences and knowledge with others. I pride myself on making sure that everyone has the best possible experience that I can provide. I train over 100 clients each week teaching them how to better their lives and enjoy fitness again. I discovered Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula and have learned more about their philosophy and dedication to changing lives. I am very excited to bring Fit Body boot camp to Armstrong, and I know it will be the perfect fit for me, and it will help me, help others.

🐫HaPpY HuMp DaY!🐫 Killer program today! Hope to see everyone come through this afternoon! Don't let todays' impending heat scare you away! Here is your What's Cookin' Wednesday for this week! A lil' treat to keep you cool on these warm June afternoons. Protein Pops Ingredients You will need approximately 1/2 cup each for 6 different layers in your popsicles. All ingredients should be cold to start with. ingredient suggestions yogurt, thinned with milk coconut water coconut milk tomato juice spinach, kale or wheat grass juice mashed banana any berry juice or puree orange or grapefruit juice celery juice pineapple juice or puree pomegranate juice chia seeds wheat germ flax seeds Instructions Use a small glass measuring cup with a spout to easily pour the layers into your popsicle mold. Start with your first layer, and evenly pour a small amount into each mold. Freeze until firm. This might take 30-45 minutes. Lay down the second layer, and this time, cover the top of the mold with foil, and insert your sticks right through the foil. (Use a small sharp knife to make a slit in the foil first) Freeze again until firm, and continue your layers until you fill the molds. You can do even or random layers, it's up to you. To unmold the popsicles, fill your sink with hot water and immerse the mold up to, but not over, the top lip, for 15 seconds. If the pops don't slide out easily, immerse for a few more seconds. Store in plastic baggies in the freezer.
