Professor Salvatore Pace was born in Sicily, Italy and began grappling in 1996. It was in 2004 when he moved to the United Kingdom that he began to train extensively in Jiu-Jitsu. He met Professor Carlos Lemos Jr. around this time and learned from him as much as he could. He began representing the Red Shield in both Jiu-Jitsu and MMA events and then with the help of Professor Lemos he opened GB Bath. Five years later in 2010 he earned his Black Belt from the hands of Professor Lemos. In fact, he earned every one of his belts from Professor Lemos! During his competition career he competed at the highest level and won a vast range of titles including the British Championship and World Cup Championship.

Yesterday after 9 years of traning i was promoted by my Professor , Head Coach of GB Bath and program director of GB Oostkamp - Salvatore Pace to black belt , im still shocked but its best feeling You can imagine , i want to say thank you to ALL people i meet in my BJJ journey , my GB family and everybody who belived in me ! I guarantee You i will proudly represent red shield on and off the mat ! Special Thanks to Gracie Jiu Jitsu Oostende , Gorillas MMA and Husaria Włocławek ! 💪🏻💪🏻🔥
