Use of 2 piece and one piece implants . Lady of 54 lost her bridge . Extractions carried out . After healing inserting of the 2 piece implants by open flap . The ridge was very thin and not large . To avoid a bone graft one piece implants were inserted after waiting of osseointegration and then 1o days later ametal ceramic bridge was inserted.

The power of pterygoid: After extraction and healing a flap was rised. Insertion of an implant 21mm/4.5was inserted in the pterygoid and 3 compressive ROOTT implants were inserted and loaded with a metal ceramic bridge 10 days later.
