It is located southwest of <a href="/pages/w/107318995964209">Linz</a> and opened on October 15, 1989.</p><p>It has a total retail floor area of over 750,000 square feet on 2 main floors.</p><h2>Criticism</h2><p>One point of criticism is that purchasing power is transferred away from the city center of Linz.
