Unsere antebianische Küche ist von den unterschiedli- chen Küchen des Mittelmeerraumes inspiriert.
Wir verwenden ausschließlich frische Zutaten und stellen unseren Teig sowie das Brot selbst her. Auch achten wir auf Abwechslung in unsere Speisekarte zum Wohle unserer Gäste.
Als Grundelemente der Landesküchen der Mittel- meerregion gelten: Olivenöl und Oliven frisches Ge- müse wie Tomaten, Auberginen, Paprika, Zucchini Knoblauch, Zwiebel frischer Fisch und Meeresfrüchte Kräuter wie Thymian, Rosmarin, Oregano und Basilikum helles Brot, Nudeln, Reis und in einigen Ländern regelmäßiger Weingenuss zum Essen.
