Established in 2005. Mission Statement:

To Deliver quality customer service at all times.

To be a good attentive listener therefore be able to communicate effectively.

To be totally understanding and sensitive to my customers' wants and needs so I can give to there dogs a high level of professional grooming services.

To offer my customers a clean, pleasant and safe grooming salon in which their dogs will be left.

My own personal quote:
When a dog and owner enter my salon, no matter what the dog's coat condition is, my goal is for the dog to be groomed to the highest standard. When the owner of the dog returns and the dog is handed back, to see a happy don't  and a smile of contentment from the owner then I know my mission has been a success
