Just a friendly reminder, SPARK Gone Troppo will be staged at the school this Friday 31st March from 8:15 to 8:45am in the CAWMPEF. Parents and students are welcome to this community event. The first 600 students who arrive to this Friday's Spark session will receive a lei as modelled by the students in the attached pictures. Thanks to our parents who assisted in obtaining the leis for our students - it adds a special touch for the event. Additionally, one of our class teachers will be leading the group for some special dance moves and games!!!! See you Friday!!!

#codingcounts The LRC was a buzz of activity at lunch time today as the Year 5 Coding Club worked with Mr Justyn McConachy and Mr Trevor Olive. Skilling young coders, nurturing young innovators and creating young entrepreneurs are the cornerstones of DET's #codingcounts strategy. Watch this space! .

On Sunday 19th March, Isaiah from 3E, was brave and shaved his head for the Leukaemia Foundations "World's Greatest Shave" raising close to $800. Whitfield State School and his peers are very proud of him. Well done Isaiah!
