FUN ! My name is Candice Howard and I am a Master Trainer.

I graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness in December 2013, completing my Certificate III (Fitness Instructor), Certificate IV (Personal Trainer), Master Trainer Level 1 & Senior First Aid.

My goal is to work hard for today, to thrive for tomorrow.  After my own personal journey of losing 43kg of body fat, I found my passion in the fitness industry.  I am here to help others turn their life around for the better, just like I did.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain some serious muscle or just have an over all sense of health & wellbeing, I'm your girl.

I look forward to being your trainer :-)

We all fall off the wagon sometimes, but that's ok. Everyday is a brand new chance to try again! For me, today is day one of a TWO day deep cleanse after falling off the wagon over the weekend. Beer, wine, pizza, chocolate, you name it - I ate it! And i don't regret a single second! Do you know why? Because Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. Nutritional cleansing has brought back so much of my lost confidence, and it's nice to know that it always has my back when it comes to my health and fitness performance.
