The life of your tapware is significantly reduced with high water pressure and your water bill will be larger due to the additional volume of water used. Some signs of high water pressure can be visible (just like in the below footage), water hammer and noisy pipes when turning taps on and off, or if you feel like your tapware is constantly needing attention. So what happens if you have high water pressure? A reduction valve can be installed on your water meter to reduce the water pressure to the home.
