A new state of the art fitness centre at the expanded Warwick Stadium, we welcome you to become part of our fitness community. Warwick Workout is a new 500sqm state of the art fitness centre, where we welcome you to become part of our fitness community.
Situated within the expanded Warwick Stadium complex, you can combine your sports and fitness goals with elite strength and conditioning programs.
Group Fitness programs are on offer to give you great opportunities to increase your well-being through both physical exercise and engaging in a positive and supportive environment together with others.
Our staff are interested in not only your fitness goals, but in you as a unique and valued individual.
We have invested in some fantastic brand new equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength for you to enjoy and utilise to take the next step forward in your fitness journey.
This is a fitness operation of the Churches of Christ Sport and Recreation Association Incorporated.

Max 8 spots. ‘I recently signed up and completed a six week Boot Camp Challenge at Warwick Gym. I was initially apprehensive to attend a ‘Boot Camp’ class - but loved it from the very first session. I found the small group training but motivating and fun and it provided the kick-start I needed to get back into regular exercise. Laurence holds you to account and the individually designed strength and cardio workouts were varied, challenging and catered for all fitness levels. I could work at my own level and I could track my progress with the diary provided.
