Quick Saturday mission to Ballarat to drop off some chemicals for one of our clients. We completed this particular install in January, and being the first of its kind in Australia we are really proud of the end result. It is a 60 unit, goat rapid exit with milk metering, installed in Ross Creek just outside of Ballarat Victoria. Did you know, we also offer a free delivery service to all of our farms? We understand that it can be hard to get away from the farm, so we are more than happy to deliver to you free of charge 😁

It has been a very busy few weeks with the team rebuilding all the steel work in a clients' herringbone. What was replaced: -bum rails -breast rails -jump rails -TechLine entry and exit gates -Entry lead in rail with ID panels for readers -New Vet Race -Electric roller door for air flow in summer We have some excellent qualified fitter and turners in our growing team, and this client was very satisfied with both the quality of the work, but the time efficiency of our technicians.

We would like to wish a warm welcome to our newest fulltime staff member..... MIKAILE SMITH We're pretty pumped to have Mikaile on board, as his workmanship and skills have built him a strong following of clients. Mikaile is a qualified fitter and turner, and has been working mainly on farm machinery for the last few years (as well as a few casual hours for us). He has been with us for about 6 weeks, and is already doing a stellar job. Welcome Mikaile! 🐮

APPRENTICE WANTED Are you looking for an exciting career in dairy services? We are looking for an apprentice to join our growing workforce. You will be working directly under Damian, and will obtain a Certificate IV in Engineering upon completion (as well as further training). The position may also include a company car and phone for the right applicant. The right applicant will be: • ready to start ASAP • motivated with excellent time management • able to learn in a fast paced environment • well presented • minimum year 11 completion • a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail What you need: • dairy experience (milking or farm work) *preferred but not essential • drivers license or learners permit • keen to learn from one of the best in the industry and stick with us for a long time! *the apprenticeship can be either full time or school based, depending on the right applicant. This blower was installed in a tight area, but we made it work and it came up quite near. Why did we go with a BouMatic Blower/Vac on variable speed drive? • huge reserve vacuum • capable of efficiently running 80 milking units • runs dry, no oil required • minimal wearing parts • less noise pollution • energy efficient This installation went into a 32 unit double-up, and is currently running around 2-4 kws of power per hour.
