rockinghambootcamp.com is designed to improve both health-related physical fitness and athletic performance; enhancing quality of life. The goal of Rockingham Bootcamp is to enhance the quality of life. Specifically through increasing muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition, one may reduce the risk of disease and increase the ability to complete daily tasks with less effort, fatigue and injury. By signing up you will be eligible to attend any of our bootcamp sessions which will be held in Harrington Waters Estate park. Our Saturday sessions will be held at various beach locations in the Rockingham area. Session times are as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 6am. Tuesday and Thursday nights at 645pm at Strike MMA Port Kennedy; and Saturday at 7am at various ROckingham locations. This allows for flexibility and convenience. If you require one on one sessions please feel free to message us and we can arrange a consultation at your discretion. During the 8 week challenges we give you the option to get a health assessment which includes; body composition measurements, BMR, bio age, muscle mass, bone density, blood pressure and resting heart rate, lung capacity, and fitness tests also to track your progress throughout. This page will be used as Rockingham Bootcamp headquarters which will not only keep you informed on bootcamp locations and workouts but we will regularly post healthy recipes and inspirational quotes to keep you motivated.
