This page is dedicated to all things health and fitness related. This is a page where people can discuss their goals and progress and gain some knowledge.  I initially started weight training back in 2009 in my final year of high school at age 17, as many young boys I wanted to improve my physique and look better! along the way I have learnt a lot about both diet and weight training. prior to this I played soccer for 7 years.

After sustaining a foot injury I turned my focus solely to weight training. As many people can relate to occasionally I was on and off again in my commitment to training as motivation was sometimes hard to come by. The thought of competing entered my head but fear of not being ready or being inadequate held me back. In august 2014 I finally decided to train towards stepping on stage before sustaining a broken hand and again being set back nearly 4 months!

Once my recovery was complete I made my way back into training and after attending the first ever Arnold Classic in Melbourne in march of 2015 was all the inspiration I needed to again work towards getting on stage.
I got on board with a coach to get me ready and in condition for my first ever competition (physique category)
At my first show I placed 2nd in the Novice category and 2nd overall. 2 weeks after that I backed up and won the overall title of Mr Physique NSW at the INBA State Titles! and finally a week after state titles placed 2nd overall in the tall physique class at the National Champsionships in Canberra.


The journey was at times challenging but very rewarding in the end, I have learnt so much about myself both mentally and physically.
So that is a little bit about my fitness background.

My current goals include competing in the IFBB Physique division 2nd half of 2016.
Completing my cert 3 & 4 to eventually become a certified PT through FIT college Australia. At which point I aim to work as a personal trainer / coach. http://www.fitcollege.edu.au/
