Well! 4 days down and wow! We are so grateful and overwhelmed with the support and the turnout of so many people wanting to give depoT a try! Thanks so much for all you lucky people 😉for being a part of our trial week while we work out the kinks to fine tune our menu and table service. All of your feedback (and kind words!) have been much appreciated 😊 And a big thank you to our staff who worked so hard to keep the wheels on - we couldn't have done it without you! This week you will see some adjustments to the menu and we will now offer table service for those customers dining in with us! We look forward to welcoming you all to depoT😀

Closed this Sunday only: We have had to have some extra tradie work done in the cafe today to finish off a few things. This has meant we haven't had access to the kitchen and won't be able to clean and prep in order to do service properly tomorrow. I hope this doesn't disappoint too much! Looking forward to another big week from Monday at 8! Can't wait to see you all 😊

Not long now.....!!!

We are excited to announce that depoT will be bringing Zimmah coffee to Ulverstone!! Zimmah coffee is an awesome Hobart based coffee roaster that is passionate and dedicated to the art of producing high grade quality coffees. Zimmah treat each stage of the coffee process from the growing of the cherries to pouring a cup of the best blend, as all being of equal and upmost importance. We were very fortunate to spend the last two days with these guys learning how to cup and taste profile different beans. We can now fully appreciate just how much time and effort goes into selecting beans and creating blends. I could go on for hours about these guys but as they say the proof is in the pudding or in this case the CUP!!! 👌

At DepoT we are looking forward to building partnerships and working in collaboration with local growers and producers. Today we were invited to visit Motton Terraces Vineyard and Wines to see them picking. It was a pleasure to meet them and see family and friends come together on a beautiful day to harvest the grapes ready for wine making. Can't wait to pair their wines with delicious eats!
