Alexandra is a Business Development Manager at Coronis Toowong, helping investors look after their real estate assets. Alexandra joined the Coronis Toowong office in 2014 and started her real estate journey as an administrator for Coronis, whilst studying counseling and psychology. Alexandra gained valuable experience in the role of Team Assistant and Contracts Administrator, working alongside some of the most respected agents with a wealth of knowledge in the industry.
After a short stay in America she returned and transitioned into sales to pursue her love for helping people achieve the best possible results, with six years of customer service experience across a number of industries above and beyond service and results is the frame work that Alexandra is building her success from. She has a strong desire and ambition to succeed in the property sector and demonstrates a high level of quality and service for the tasks she performs for her clients.

A great way to start the Tuesday! :-) "Finding an appropriate property has been an interesting and challenging experience as we significantly underestimated the difficulties associated with having a rental application approved and just how competitive the market is at present. However, after sighting a property listed by Coronis Toowong online, we contacted the agent to express our interest and attempt to arrange an inspection. Alex Gonsalves was extremely helpful and very cooperative from the beginning. She arranged an inspection within the hour on that day and as a result this put us in the enviable position of being first in line. During the inspection Alex highlighted the many features of the home. She was friendly and professional at all times. Being four uni students we had very little idea of how to proceed with our application and how to secure the rental property, but thankfully Alex had positive suggestions and great advice that helped us to move forward. Alex also made it very clear that the owners had expectations of prospective tenants and that in particular they were looking for people who would respect and care for the property. Alex was always easily contactable and our many phone calls about the property never seemed to hassle her. Overall, I would say that it was due to her diligence and expertise that we were able to secure the property so quickly. We look forward to dealing with Alex Gonsalves for the duration of our tenancy and highly recommend her as an agent in the Brisbane area."
