Real Girls Sweat offers 'girls only' group fitness and personal training sessions that are fun, supportive and a little SWEATY! Welcome to Real Girls Sweat!
As a 40 (something:) ) Mum, who has had her own battles with weight loss and fitness, I've seen many fads come and go (and come back again!), I understand how intimidating gyms can be and am tired of the 'glossy' facade of the fitness industry!
I am here to provide you with 'girls only' group fitness and personal training sessions that are fun, supportive and a little SWEATY!
All of my classes and PT sessions can be personalised to your needs, whether you have an injury or limitation, are returning to exercise after a break or pregnancy, or have a specific fitness goal.

A couple of weeks ago, I asked the lovely Rosie from Silk Imagery if she could take some photos of my 'Real Girls' and I so that you can see what goes on in our training sessions. Well - here is a little sneak peek! All-natural-not-staged - no make-up, plenty of flies - me with my eyes closed AS USUAL! and the gorgeous Katelyn who isn't afraid to get sweaty! Despite all of the laughs we had while trying to pretend Rosie wasn't watching, Katelyn still got a solid work out and totally sweaty!
