We are a team consisting of a primary Chiropractor (Dr. Jason Lejcak) with remedial massage therapist (Mark Umana) who's aim is to provide an affordable  , detailed and clinically beneficial experience.

Too often enough practitioners will tell patients to stop training and rest 4-6 weeks depending on injury/ condition. Once the patient has "healed" then you can begin rehab/ strengthening. The PIRIFORMIS muscle lies above the sciatic nerve in most of the population and in a small minority the nerve even runs through it. It is responsible for external rotation of the hip. Often PIRIFORMIS SYNDROME can mimic a S1 nerve root compression via disk herniation. Pain can run from the buttock into the calf.
