We are back onboard as of today. Catching up with emails and messages. The first of several games will be completed over the next 2 weeks. It is going to be another busy year.

We will be closing for a short break from this Friday 30th Dec and re opening January 23rd. This year has been a challenging one for us. There is currently a 3 year backlog for High End Restoration work and we will be working hard in the New Year to reduce the waiting time. We would like to acknowledge the patience of our customers, many games that have been waiting long periods of time will be done as soon as we get back. Just a small update on machines we are completing at the moment - Strato Flite, Terminator 2, DE Star Wars "The Dark Side", Bow and Arrow, Old Chicago, Sega Lost world, Embryon, High Hand and Genie. High End Classics - Sky Jump, Free Fall, Firepower, Joker Poker, Paragon and Hot Tip. High End work for next year - Gunners, Addams Family, ST TNG, Dr Who, Superman, Old Chicago, Evel Knievel, Medusa, Twilight Zone, Indiana Jones, Royal Rumble, Dungeons and Dragons, Viking, Cactus Canyon, Jurassic Park and many more ! I've probably missed a couple, but that covers off next year ! I might even sneak in one of my games... Have a Safe and Happy Holidays !

We are working on a number of projects and here's an EM that has progressed along the line. As will ALL EM's, High End Restorations or Standard restorations, we rebuild EVERYTHING. The Stepper Units are always sloppy and need to be rebuilt. In the first picture, the left Stepper is fully rebuilt. On the right, is the seized and sloppy Stepper. The second picture has the baseboard components all rebuilt. The Score Motor and assembly is stripped and rebuilt. New power cable installed.

When was the last time four Bally Embryons were in the same room at the same time ? When were four playfields in this condition, set up next to each other ? Most likely in the factory in 1981.Well they would not have been this nice. One Embryon was presented to us for restoration. Then a second. Then an idea was to find out if there were any more that we could restore at the same time A call went out to the folks on Aussie Pinball forum and then another two playfields we added. All four were in different stages of wear. One was a very good reference point. Now that we had four Embryons, the playfields were delivered to Hot Rodded Pins for restoration. This is a key component for our full machine restorations - having the best playfield restorations services in Australia ensures the entire project is the best outcome possible. The two playfields in the last two pictures are for two "Nearly In Box" Restorations we are currently working on (amongst other games).

We have had feedback requesting that we post pictures of machines as we are restoring them, rather than when they are completed. So we will start posting "work in progress" of the various machines during different stages of the restoration. We have several games being restored at the same time - so there will be more updates on those games. A game we have been working on for quite some in conjunction with our colleagues at "Hod Rodded Pins" reached a major milestone. This is a High End Restoration - A Data East "Star Wars" - "Dark Side Edition" ! Full cabinet restoration with the playfield refreshed and cleared by Tim and Stu. The game will feature several mods and the recent addition of a Color DMD. The Trim is powdercoated, and features the modern Stern style siderails.

WOW - It has been over 6 months since the last update. We have had some setbacks recently, and work was put on hold until they were sorted out. There have been numerous changes, and we have had time to catch up with the massive backlog. Stay tuned for several updates on many games that have been held up. We are getting there - progress is now moving ahead full steam. We do appreciate the patience from the many customers that have been waiting too long for their games. Nearly there. The current restoration queue "waiting period" for new projects (games not in the Q) is at least 2 years. We have to finish off the current projects before taking on new work.

No Rest for the Wicked. We worked right through the break and did put a dint in the backlog, although we are still behind the 8 Ball. We have had a lot of new customers ask about machines that are restored and ready to purchase off the showroom floor. We are not in a position to do this for quite some time as we have restoration work booked well into 2018. The demand for High End Restorations has never been this high, and we are letting potential customer know that NEW work booked in this year will have a wait time of 2 years. For standard restoration work, the waiting period is around 12 months. We do not do onsite repair work at all. We have found that the majority of machines sold into homes need more that just "repairs". We are finishing off a number of restorations and a couple of High End Restorations in the next month. We will update the current stocklist in the coming days due to several machines reserved over the break.
