Noosa based Sunshine Coast Wedding Celebrant that loves to create modern ceremonies that reflect both the Bride and the Groom's personality and style. Kathryn, has worked full time in the Sunshine Coast's Wedding and Events industry for over ten years.
Most recently at QLD's most awarded wedding venue, Maleny Manor, coordinating over 120 weddings a year.
"Ï love everything about weddings - in my professional career I have been there from the moment the Bride puts on her dress to the moment she kicks off her shoes and enjoys a nightcap at the end of the evening - sitting with her husband and reflecting on how perfect the day has been.
My favourite part of any wedding is the ceremony - I have seen some amazing ceremonies and some very average ones..
It was from this experience I knew I wanted to become a Marriage Celebrant and create ceremonies that reflect the personality and style of the couple"

Did you know that you don't have to read your vows in front of everyone at the ceremony? Couples must say the minimum legal wording "I call upon the people here present to witness that I (full name) take you (full name) to be my lawful wedded husband/wife". Then if they want to they can exchange sealed vow envelopes to be read in private a little later that afternoon or evening when they get back to the honeymoon suite.

Did you know that it is possible have your friend or family member "up the front with me" to deliver the majority of your wedding ceremony on the day? Kellie and Clint booked me to look after all the legal paperwork leading up to and on the day of their wedding. I worked in with their best friend Kerry in the lead up (who originally introduced the two) to help create the perfect ceremony. Loved being Kerry's registered marriage celebrant wing girl on the day!
