A detailed agenda will be emailed to all club members later this week, and I would point out that we have a significant agenda item this year, a motion to adopt a new Constitution for the club. The new constitution is not intended to institute any major changes to the club but rather bring the constitution into line with the current standards for incorporated associations. A copy of the agenda and draft constitution is posted in the NEWS section on the club website for review.
