Monday's history lesson about our best selling hamper item - the 'Biscuit Rose'🌹from @asteriskkitchen These twice cooked biscuits were created by a baker in the Champagne town of Reims. First he cooked his dough in a very hot oven and then again a second time using only decreasing heat from the previous bake.
