Dear supporters of UIC and Medicinal Cannabis, as you know recent raids on compassionate medicinal cannabis suppliers have caused outrage amongst Australian patients and supporters. UIC needs to ramp up our lobbying at the highest level to achieve a better outcome for patient access to MC. We need to put the focus back on patients. Please help us do this by providing your support as a patient. We are asking for you to use our IPhone to make a video plea that UIC can use to further this cause. I have prepared a release which I would ask that you sign. This can be emailed to you when you express your interest by emailing me at lucy.haslam@uic.org.au. In terms of getting a good picture quality the suggestions are to hold your phone in landscape position, make sure you have good light and do the video in a quiet room. This will ensure good quality. Beautiful young Milla has provided the first video for you to take inspiration from. If you do not wish to show your identity please email you video and we will ensure that your privacy is protected by blurring your face before posting. If we get a large volume of patient videos we can demonstrate the human face of the tragedy that is Medicinal Cannabis legislation in Australia. We really need your help.
