Commitment to Development As individuals, we learn and develop in accordance with our degree of engagement and enthusiasm.
My role is to bring that awareness to the players and challenge them with highly efficient, technical, and intense drills that will assist them in rapidly progressing in their development path.

THE PROGRAM
Each Program/Phase is based on a 10 week term following the NSW’s school term.
The program’s methodology is aligned with the FFA (Football Federation Australia) curriculum and is tailored to develop the player’s skills and confidence to the highest possible level, so they can thrive at their clubs and be proud of their own abilities and achievements.
The program is divided in 4 progressive core phases:
-   Discovery phase
-   Skill Acquisition phase
-   Game training phase
-   Performance phase

FITNESS
The player’s agility, balance, acceleration, intensity and performance are directly related to their core strength and fitness condition, based on that I’ll directly enhance that capacity at every session.
On all Programs/Phases, the ‘Week 6’ holds a fitness session on the sands of North Narrabeen beach (Near the rock pool). The soft sand generate additional load and the body naturally understands the importance of the correct technique to overcome the extra load, it builds correct posture, agility, core strength and endurance.

MINI-WORLD CUP TOURNAMENT

Time to put in practise all the knowledge learnt throughout the program, on week 10 we will play a very dynamic and fun 1 day competition.
It will involve short 10 minutes games where each player will play alongside a different player at each game. At the end the player with the most wins will be the champion.
Medals and awards are presented to the players
Loads of fun!

REPORTING
By the end of the Program you will be presented with a comprehensive report on an ‘Attributes Measurement Matrix’ that I have developed.

-   Delivery
-   1v1   -   First Touch
-   Dribbling
-   Pass
-   Shooting
Each player is graded on a weekly basis based on attributes that will serve as a guide to measure their overall development throughout the term as well as a descriptive report of the player’s capabilities.
