An hour of vinyasa - a perfect way to spend a Wednesday afternoon ..... salty air, 28 degrees in the shade of an old gum tree and sivasana to the sounds of waves crashing in the background. Thanks for joining me for your practice today Erin and Eve!
Today I launched my new business Santosha Yoga. My goal is to make yoga accessible to more people by offering flexible, convenient options for practice through small classes in the beautiful outdoors and bringing yoga to you in your home (especially designed for those who are time poor or Mums/ Dads who want to practice but find it difficult to attend a studio without childcare facilities). I’m looking forward to being an advocate in the community for promoting the scientifically recognised benefits of yoga on mental health and well-being and having the privilege of introducing more people to the amazing transformational and empowering practice of Yoga (both on and off the mat). Please contact me on 0423 902 131 or PM me if you have any questions or wish to organise a class.
