Salt Meats Cheese - A renowned food emporium, restaurant and authentic Italian woodfired pizza specialist. Following enormous success in Sydney, Salt Meats Cheese is catering to popular demand and is thrilled to announce the opening of a new retail store in Surfers Paradise QLD.
Guided by strong Italian heritage, knowledge and expertise, the founders of Salt Meats Cheese have proudly combined Italy’s finest produce with premium Australian products, to create a tantalising taste experience. The concept incorporates a grocery store setting with a delicatessen and a wood fired pizza oven in a rustic, industrial style environment. Customers are invited to browse the retail shelves for premium products for the home, whilst being presented with the opportunity to sit, relax and indulge in a gourmet deli item, a mouth watering meat and cheese platter or wood fired pizza in the licensed venue.
Salt Meats Cheese is also dedicated to passing on its wealth of knowledge to its customers through cooking classes. The Sydney store alone hosted over 4000 people in cooking classes throughout 2014, including ‘how to’ classes on the making of fresh buffalo mozzarella, pasta, ravioli, sauces, bread and pizza.
