Hi guys, I just wanted to pass on some feedback about one of your SA franchisee's/agents, Steve Little of Steve Little's plumbing. We engaged Steve recently to install an Ozzi KLEEN following several months of research and discussions with various suppliers of aerobic systems. Steve was a 'stand out' amongst the crowd from the outset. His no fuss professional approach to the entire process of taking the time to answer all our queries, doing a site visit to discuss any potential areas of concern, advice of the council approval process, the installation and commisioning and follow up were absolutely outstanding. It was great to deal with Steve and his team on decommissioning an anaerobic system and replacing it with an Ozzi Kleen. The system itself, so far, is meeting all our expectations.
