Today marks an incredible 10 years of Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne! So many heartfelt thank yous and hugs to all those without who we would not have reached this milestone: Our team of amazing chefs, managers, waiters, food runners, sommeliers, hosts, bartenders, kitchen hands and office staff both past and present, for your dedication, meticulous attention to detail and for making the restaurant live and breathe every day. Our suppliers, from farmers to fisherman, for your incredible passion for what you do and for trusting us with your produce to create simple eating at its best. Our beautiful customers, whether you visit once a year or once a week, we would not still be here without you. And last but certainly not least, thank you to Neil & Trish for making it all happen.
