Our 9am group fitness class smashing through their workout this morning. This particular session consisted of a high intensity full body workout both at simulated altitude and ambient air. Today's program was tailored to suit 15 people all working out together with portions of partner segments and group efforts. With consistency and the right mindset to training, these guys are significantly improving overall fitness at a rapid rate.
