Wallace Sports performance provides athletes with a training facility to maximise athletic development and also rehabilitation from injury. Wallace Sports performance aims to provide a top class training centre and also has links with other professions such as dieticians, physiotherapists and sport coach's to give athletes a holistic approach to improve their performance
Our key focus is to provide quality strength & conditioning training individualised for each athletes specific demands for their chosen sport, such as

Our core values are to provide athletes with quality strength and conditioning by using the latest and scientifically backed sport science protocols, Educate athletes on the importance of strength training, nutrition, recovery.
Teach rather than tell, we prefer to teach our athletes to perform correct technique and explain why a certain exercise is used and how it benefits them directly
TEKKERS OVER LOAD. too many times we see peoples ego get in the way at the gym. a big focus is to only lift weights with correct form. this reduces the risk of injury and generally increases the amount of weight you can lift by using the correct muscles
LIFT HEAVY AND LIFT FAST
RECOVER often overlooked is the importance of recovery, especially if you are training 3+ times a week. Individual recovery programs can be designed for individual athletes or teams

After great success with the original ladies that lift group sessions. There will be a second group starting next week. Times will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am. $50 per week for a 6 week program. Only 4 spots available so get in quick.

Ladies that lift starts next Tuesday at 6 am and will be run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am and the third session will be Saturday morning at 8 am. Get in quick max 6 people. 3 sessions a week for $50
