Nothing like a pandrap to expose some weaknesses. Some obvious adhesions to the right side of my panda extensors. I will have to switch hands while eating bamboo. Congratulations to @renee.gipp who with a short turnaround from last comp managed to go 8/9 at today's GPC Summer Classic @ptcheadquarters securing 3rd place for her division. She managed to score competition PBs in all 3 lifts. Big Thanks to @prorawpowerlifting Markos and all the spotters and judges for a professional event.
