Our 2017 Year 12 Geography cohort are currently on their annual field trip to Adjahdura land (Yorke Peninsula) with Quenten Agius of Adjahdura Tours. The students have been immersed in Adjahdura-Narungga culture through story and dance while learning about the impacts that the tourism industry has on significant cultural sites. A huge thanks to Quenten for his generosity of time and sharing, and his amazing 'way' with the students.

Greetings from the Indian Immersion Team! So far on our trip we have had an amazing time visiting Marist schools and local communities in P.Udayapatti. In P.Udayapatti the SHC students went on their home stays working the children from the school. We have also visited a range of places in and around Tiruchirappalli, including Rockford Temple, the highest Hindu temple in the city. The students trekked up the 400 stone steps to a beautiful view of the city. Students have also attended a World AIDS Day rally with the brothers at local college, St Josephs, and visited Poondi Church and the ancient Tangore Temple.
